Order Your Server
- Go to game-serverhosting.de
- Choose at least 6 GB RAM (Satisfactory is memory-hungry)
- The server is set up automatically
Initial Setup
Satisfactory uses a unique setup process:
- Start the server
- In-game: Server Manager → Find Server
- Set the admin password
- Start a new game or upload a savegame
Managing the Server In-Game
Satisfactory has built-in server management:
- Change the server name
- Set a password
- Manage savegames
- Configure auto-save
Ports

Performance
- RAM grows with factory size: Large factories need 8–12 GB
- CPU: Satisfactory is single-threaded; clock speed matters
- Players: Max. 4 recommended (no hard limit)
Uploading a Savegame
- Find your local savegame:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames\ - Upload it to the server via SFTP
- Load the savegame in the Server Manager
